High Season - €2,000 per week
June, July and August
Mid Season - €1,500 per week
April, May, September, October
Low Season - €1,250 per week
November to March (except for Christmas and New Year)
There is a minimum of three nights stay throughout the year at €900.
Exception: In July and August the minimum stay is a week (from Saturday to Saturday).
At Christmas and New Year the price is €2,000 per week.
Gas, electricity, water and bed linen are included in High Season Only. A charge for electric heating will be made when heaters are used.
Bathroom towel packs can be hired at a cost of 10 EUR per person per stay. This is to be paid locally on arrival. Pool/beach towels are NOT provided.
Tourist tax is payable and details will be emailed to you in the Holiday Booking Form along with the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
A refundable security deposit is payable of 250 EUR. Subject to a satisfactory property check, this will be refunded to you within 10 workings days of departure, direct to your nominated bank account. Please provide your nominated bank details in the Holiday Booking Form.
We respectfully request that a specific sun lotion (Laboratoires de Biarritz) is used around and in the pool that is made here in France. It does not stain the pool liner, the towels, bed linen or in fact your clothes! You can purchase directly before you arrive from www.laboratoires-biarritz.fr. or Amazon, or alternatively we can sell to you on your arrival at 20EUR for 30SPF, or 25EUR for 50SPF
